Shipping Policies

Carefast® typically packages retail orders the next business day after the order was placed, excluding weekends, holidays, or when Carefast or the shipping companies are closed. The method of shipment is selected by the customer upon checkout.

Domestic Shipping: All orders are shipped according to best rate/time as determined by our computers based on package weight and destination. If the address is a post office box, apartment or unit, a carrier other than the carrier you initially selected may be needed to transport the package. Please allow up to ten business days from ship date for delivery when choosing ground shipping. Note: we are unable to ship to General Delivery addresses.

International Shipping (including Canada): The shipping cost is dependent upon weight and destination and will be calculated during final checkout. Average shipping time for international orders is 15 business days. If you do not receive your package within 15 business days, a refund for the purchase price of the products can be issued upon completion of a postal inquiry.

Please be advised that Carefast Products, Inc. is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments. Also, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery. International shipping charges are non-refundable.

Free Ground Shipping in Continental USA

Free Ground Shipping may be available as designated on the site. The Free Shipping offer pertains to orders delivered in the Continental USA. This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii and any other address outside of the Continental USA. Free Shipping is limited to the Ground Service. Carrier is selected by our site upon checkout, additional options for expedited shipping or additional service carriers are made available at an additional charge.

Returns / Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Carefast Products, Inc. guarantees that you must be 100% satisfied with your purchase, or we will refund the cost of the product(s) purchased within the last 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with your product(s) purchased within the last 30 days for any reason, simply return the unused portion along with a detailed explanation of the reasons for your return to the address below.

Returns / Refunds and Exchanges

Credit card orders will be refunded to the card used for your purchase of each specific item. Check and money order purchases will be refunded by check.

Items received beyond the eligibility date will be discarded and credit will not be issued. Please note: all returns valued $500 or more shall be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Procedure for returning or exchanging products.

  • E-mail or phone notification to Carefast Products, Inc. will expedite the return process, but is not required.
  • The product is returned to Carefast Products Inc. at the customer's expense for shipping and handling.
  • The return is accompanied by a signed statement from the customer identifying the reason for the return.
  • A copy of the original sales receipt must be included with the return.
  • The unused portion of the Carefast product in its original container is returned.
  • The name, address, and telephone number of the customer is provided.
  • Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned for replacement, and the best and most economical means of shipping that has verifiable tracking is suggested.

Replacement Products

Carefast Products Inc. will pay the cost of shipping for the replacement product(s) to customer.

Carefast Products, Inc. will not refund any customer returns and no replacement of Carefast Products, Inc. product will be made if the conditions of these rules are not met. Returns may be refused on an individual basis due to repeat patterns indicative of abuse.
